The lid handle. While cleaning soap water clogged inside lid handle. Update: No response yet from Sumeet or Amazon on product. Let me know what should I do now. Please replace replace Lid and provide me good quality one base on review. Edit 1 - Why no response yet? Can you please replace Lid and provide a lid with no water clogging? I have not received any feedback about the faulty lid from Amazon or Sumeet. Why? Does Sumeet does not have customer service?

I have been using this product since last month. My only suggestion is that you can go for this product but it's base is not as thick as required. So if you want to cook your food on low flame or on low wattage, go for it. On using high flame or high wattage the base has changed its colour partially from outside.
