The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel. It uses 20% less oil than normal cookware. Stahl cookware is the only triply cookware that boasts of investment cast ergonomic handles that are a perfect grip in your hands. The heatproof handles ensure that your hands dont feel the heat. The kadais seamlessly rounded edges enable a spill proof smooth pour.

Mom using in Kitchen for two months its very sturdy it's not much used on induction so can't say anything about its performance on induction cooktop but on gas its really good but due to its thickness its on heavier side so many times i help my mother to lift it off from gas after done cooking.

Disadvantages
The product description and photos say that the inner steel quality is 18/10 but the it's written SS304 in bottom of Kadhai which is 18/8 and inferior quality. Disappointed to buy this at such higher price point because of misleading information from both Silkrute and Stahl.

Advantages
It is a clean, good-looking large pot, and luckily there are no stickers on the pot, inside or outside. This Stahl seems to be a good brand. Just wish the pot was a bit heavier, since for that size, even distribution of heat would be important. Hope it will heat uniformly when used.
