The purpose of buying a stainless steel wok was to eliminate the need to clean it by hand. This wok has gone through many cycles of use and wash and it hasn't shown any signs of deterioration.

Best nonstick honeycomb kadai not only in India but elsewhere too. Size is very appropriate. However, it requires proper care to maintain its quality.

I live in the US and when my husband was visiting India bought this. After a few uses the coating came off and I reached out to the co. A representative emailed me and asked for the pictures of the damaged item and the back of the product and proof of purchase. After sharing a lot of emails they said they will replace and asked for mailing address in India. Once I emailed the details no response. I’ve been emailing them every few days but not a word about the replacement. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Would advice not to buy these as the som pant stahl doesn’t respond to a genuine product issue…

Did not understand what the hype was for! Very ordinary, less oil not required, the handles do get hot though it was mentioned they don’t, even upon using normal qty oil/ghee food still sticks, not at all satisfactory, waste of money

Its good to use and clean.it gets heated easily.as said its 2kgs little tough if u can't handle the weight.cant be used in single hand for lifting and transferring the contents.when it comes to life its early to comment.The non stick is of better quality than regular vessels and of better quality.
