First, the kadhai heats up too much and all the food gets burnt very quickly even on slow heat. But not just that, because of the heavy weight, is it very tough to clean and operate in general. Also, you have to hope it doesn't fall on anyone by mistake because it is quite heavy and has sharp edges. A disaster waiting to happen. I bought this because I thought of buying a steel kadhai instead of an aluminum one but I'm highly disappointed. Would recommend not buying this. Just not worth it.
