I bought this kadai in Jan 23 the lifting handle in the lid broke in 10 months time where this kadai is used scarcely in my house. I approached the customer care sent them the invoice & warranty slip spoke to them but no response from them. Now my kadai is lying new but I can not use it due to lid not functioning. So I have observed there are many good brands which give as very good after sale service and good response. Why one should buy from Shri and Sam.

It is good and heavy... but overpriced.. nothing so extraordinary.. as I'm staying in border area so I don't have a good mkt to excess but u guys if have a great mkt kindly expore the mkt first then purchase u need to be wise when it comes to money ..

We purchased 21 inch kadhai in February 2022. The cooking items get burnt even with small flame and stick to bottom. We have stopped using it, its a waste! Maybe the bottom thickness required should be more.
