One of the most important things about a good appachetty is that handle should be easy to hold because the entire process of spreading the batter is done by holding the handles. But this product's handles got just too unbearably hot to hold. I am surprised a company like Prestige did not apply their mind to the design of the materials to be used for the handle. If the product designers actually cooked using the product they would have known. There are so many modern heat-proof materials available....if nothing else, at least use good old WOODEN handles!
