"I purchased this product and it has been a complete disappointment. Within just two months, the black coating started to wear off. Even though the product was still under warranty, the company gave me a hard time when I tried to get areplacement. They refused to offer any kind of help, which was extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone."

Absolutely do not buy this. Like all other reviews suggest, the coating comes off in a few months and if you try to get warranty they give excuses like overheating.They treat customers like they have no clue how to use non stick cookware. There are other non stick cookware that we have been using for years without any problems. The coating came off in 4 months. My local utensils shop said they stopped dealing prestige due to complaints. On a side note, I remember my prestige stove breaking the hose connector even tho it doesn't get moved at all. The local repair guy said it's because they use low quality iron fitting. The brass fitting he gave has been working fine for years. The company as a whole has gone down in quality. Will never buy a prestige again.
