Product is god but two times Silkrute has delivered damaged substandard product with sctraches and dents in the nonstick coating of the kadai. so i returned it firat time , they were prompt enoungh to give me a replacement . i was delighted, but to my surprise 2nd time also they delivered same substandard product with sctraches and dents on the non stick kadai.People buy the product for some requirement. But Silkrutee have dissappointed me . and this is happening for the third time.

Teflon coating is bad used it for a month without a steel ladleeven with a wooden ladle it has just scrapped off waiting for lockdown to check with company on the warranty bit
