If you are putting oil on it. It can be hard to tell whether the oil you put is enough for cooking or not because of its shape (middle bump). Other than that it could be more durable and sturdy.

The base is a little bit convex towards the up, for which the oil is not sit in the middle but spreads to the sides. This is one problem that I have found in other flat base non stick Prestige cookware. Also the handle got loose from second use. Otherwise the materials are obviously they are very good quality it's Prestige so no question on that. But it would be better if they put a little more thought on the designing part.

The worst product support ever! Prestige once was a very good brand for utensils, but now no more. The 2yr warranty was provided for the same, and we had the non stick issue within 2yr time (which falls under the clause provided by the warranty slip). Now as we contacted the customer support for the help, although they promised to send an associate to help us in these regard, but it was all fake promises, they will keep on doing these, until and unless the warranty ceases to be. Total waste of money - nowadays, prestige's product loses it's non stick valor in less than 1yr time, if we are of luck then, it will go for another 6 months. Check for any other brand if you want to have your money worth.

Even though the product is good from a reputed company,I was quite surprised to notice that a Crack had developed below the knob of the lid as shown in the pic above,after few days of use! Is it due to the poor quality used?What are the options I hv now? Can u pls send a spare part or hv the lid replaced asap.
