First delivery was decent product, but handle was broken. So requested replacement and completely disappointed with the replaced item delivered. Looks like it is old, product as well as package is damaged. Scratches all over the kadai, lid is bend.

We got this product yesterday. The idlis and momos turned out very well. Takes about 15 to 20 mins to cook. The plastic separators are kind of flimsy. Need to see how long they last. Happy so far.
