Nice product If someone is deciding to go buy a cast iron utensil, go buy a preseasoned one. I think it'll save you from a lot of hassle. I thought this kadai was coming for a reasonable cost with preseasoning. So I went ahead with this purchase and it turned out to be great. I would totally recommend it. The only thing I got to know about cast iron after buying it is that. They are very heavy. Just giving a headsup ;)
