If you're looking for an induction friendly kadhai, just skip this. Steel is not good for use with Induction and you cannot cook using this kadhai. Move beyond 140 degrees and the food in this kadhai will stick at the bottom and burn. This has very thin bottom, so doesn't really allow any kind of cooking except probably boiling/steaming and deep frying.
