It's my first purchase with bergner. after first use itself steel got rusted....I cleaned it again andade sure it is dried properly before storing as I was finding rust particl s even after proper cleaning...but even after proper drying I find rust on both lid and kadai even more after second use..Very disappointed..did not expect this from such a branded company...I purchased it prepare baby food as I wanted to give healthy food to baby...I wanted best steel so took bergner but resulted in disappointed and frustration....now every time I want to make food for my baby I need to make sure there are no rusts on the utensil by cleaning it every time I use with a steel scruber....this is very irritating to search rust particles for every use and clean the utensil...I have other steel products in my house which are of local brand but they are far better than this product....please refund me if possible....I am not sure what is the use of warranty card now.

i ordered 3 liter kadhai which is good for small family of 4 !light weight and comfortable to hold yet. base is thick so food doesn’t stick really like this kadhai and now i ordering the big one !!

Just love this neat kadhai. We use it every day. I'm moving from non stick to triply steel. I first bought a Hawkins - 24 in. It's okay. Then Bergner 22 in and this one (20 in). Seasoned before use. They work really well- food doesnt stick tho' we use just 3 tsp per dish. Easy to clean. The non heating handles are great, tho' with this size they do get a bit warm. Perfect size to make about 1/2 kg veggie. Overall, a great buy and worth the money. Am buying one more.
