Good product... Will not burn ur appe. Heat distribution is also good. Though it didnt come with wooden stick like shown in the advertisement. A plastic one came, though it fulfills the purpose well.

It's heavier than other teflon Appa patras. However, it's quite delicate like any teflon pan. You have to be careful not to scrub off the lining while cleaning. Use a sponge and when something sticks I use a plastic scrubber. It cooks fast. The plastic picker that came along with it melted on first use. A wooden one would be ideal. The steel lid is useful.

At first, I thought it's waste of money but leart how to cook them, then no issues now. Buy it.... You will get good appas... Only minus is uppler lid is very light weight and not useful ... Steam comes out of it and lid knob gets hot... Otherwise, it's fine... At reasonable price compared to prestige and other brands... writing this review after using for 1 month...

The pan is lightweight yet sturdy. There’s an issue with even heat distribution, so have to keep rotating the pan while making the appes which is quite troublesome. Overall a good buy for the price.

Since long was waiting to buy a good appear pan and went head with this as past experience with Anjali brand had been good. One star less as heat distribution is not uniform. Also, it's strange experience that the appe cook very well brown and crispy on first side and when flipped to be cooked on other side it doesn't turn out brown and crispy.

It is a good product which comes at a decent cost. However, I felt that the heat distribution wasn't happening equally. The outer moulds took a little longer time to cook than the inner ones. But the end result was good. I am pretty satisfied with this purchase. Would recommend this certainly.
