Please don't ever buy this pan ..the seller is selling defective products! The first time I ordered the pan shape was not properly round and the replacement had some scratches on the back but I just kept it. Now the nonstick covering has peeled off in one spot .

first time purchasing a frying pan and damn 28cm is so big ?? love everything about the pan, I can tell cuckoo brand is trusted brand. I wish there's more products from cuckoo.cons: to be written after a longer period of used.FYI: the handle come loose purposefully so you can tightened it as your desire.

Though slightly expensive compared to the usual non-stick frying pans, this one is worth the price because of the quality of materials used in the non-stick coating. Unlike the Teflon coating that easily comes off and is also harmful, this coating of titanium and diamond is not only more sturdy, but is also not injurious to health.

The product is worthless and totaliy bad investment. Though it was used very carefully since its opening day and used single handed, the black coating on the cooking surface is coming out. Now I feel, cooking is not advisable with this kadhai. As I have destroyed the bill and box, I feel I have no other go but to digest the loss.I do not know whether the company will take back the same. I suggest all the purchasers to not to purchase this item based on the luring advertise.

This was shipped in a slipcover and had been moving around inside the cardboard box. It's a small miracle that it arrived dent-free.If yours does arrive without bruises, you can expect literally a lifetime of service. As long as you follow the general care practices of non-stick cookware, like using wooden spatulas and soft scrubs, the wok will last a pretty long time.It's a bit heavy so tossing isn't as straightforward as you might think. The weight allows the heat to stay in the food quite long, but it also needs more energy to warm up. As for all plastic cookware, you should try to get the heat up as slowly as possible, and obey a max threshold as to not sear the coating.Ergonomics are excellent, with good weight balance between the handle and the bowl. The quality of the finish is also superb, and I wish there were smaller sizes available and a wider range. Right now you only get monster sizes, which is a limiting factor for small families.
