This is a very very sturdy kadai from Hawkins. From the day I got it, this is my go-to cooking utensil for anything and everything Whether it is for oil fry, or a normal curry, or a gravy, or a dry roast, you name it, and that can be done.It is also very easy to use and clean. Very thick bottom so food will never get burnt. Also the wooden handles lets you hold the vessel without any fear while cooking and also while handling the vessel when it is still hot after cooking.
