Clear Plastic. Just as advertised. Convenient. Since I use it at home (implying, used once in a while), it would have been great if a cover for the lid would have been provided...a simple plastic one to just place on top to avoid dust particles to get it or the flavour to evaporate (i used one from some other container lying at home)...
