First they ask me how long I kept the food than they give me this reply. He was not at all ready to listen to what I was say just only one thing it's our policy. They don't respond to mails and give copy paste answer. They are good for keeping snacks and not for carrying lunch.

We are using this for one month. Son is happy. Lunch is packed at around 7:45am and he eats at 1pm in school and is happy. Food is not hot but fresh and little.bit warm. He does not complains anymore
