The lunch box is a good buy. I have tried quite a many expensive insulated lunch boxes but nothing really keeps the food warm.So thought of trying this one where you can heat the food. It takes almost 30 minutes to for the food to be warm so just need to remember the same.The size is big, contains four containers. enough food for an adult.I would say it is a good buy for the price paid.

Enough for a person..it heats up the food very well and has auto cut off but yes liquids can leak inside the carrier if not kept upright all the time —- though the liquids don’t leak out of the carrier

Not 100% leak proof. Oil or gravy will sweep through steel tiffin, but i haven't seen it getting out of plastic body. My husband is happy with it, he says rotis and parathas get warm and soft. Would recommend it.
