It is light weight and keep food fresh for long time. Heating process is very easy. Steel quality is also good and leaves no smell after wash. But these containers are not leak proof. I wash outside container only if it's required, just keep open for sometimes.

Outer body is heavy and robust....capacity of containers is good . But it can not make food warm in 30min as described...although outer body becomes hot but inner containers achieve temperature upto 38-40°C in 30min . Also socket for connecting will be loose with the passage of time....quality of inner steel containers should be improved...topmost bowl is the warmest ( 40°C )after heating.

My mother use it as her lunch box during her office hours. She is quite happy to get warm food. As per her review this value for money. It requires 15-20 min to get warm and easy to wash. Yes is leak proof. Reviewing after regular use of 2 months. Thanks Milton & Amazon.

Good product. Heats food well, the containers tend to get hot themselves. The power supply that comes with the product, I think, is very under rated for the amount of power a heater draws. Smoke started coming out of the plug that goes into the electrical socket. Thankfull, I was present right there and pulled it out of the socket. Difficult to imagine the consequences if I hadn’t been there. I would suggest you invest in a better quality electrical cable. The product itself is worth it.
