If anyone wants to purchase this container, please note that this is not at all leakproof. I have carried milk, curries, dal, oily veggies in it and oil has leaked out through the lid no matter the item inside is put hot or cold. Otherwise the box is good to carry dry items.

I quite liked the quality of steel, and even the plastic easy-to-pry-out lid. Haven't tested its leak proofness yet but it does appear air tight. What I loved best about the container was its shape. I bought 2 at trial for storing leftovers that could directly be steam heated in a pressure cooker. Unfortunately the material used for the snap on lids was unbelievable. One lid can be snapped on/off even by my 10 year old grand daughter without much effort. The second one however is so stiff that it requires strength of Dara Singh for the same action. There is as good as ZERO flexibility to it. Obviously there is zero quality control or final inspection of the final product before shipment.

The best containers I’ve ever had to keep leftover food. I don’t use plastics and glass containers tend to break while being washed so I decided to get stainless steel. 1. they look really chic, 2. it’s super leak proof because I’ve carried my baby’s smoothie in it while on the go, in my handbag (video attached showing zero leak with water) 3. super easy to clean and a total value for money. 4. Ideal lunch boxes. Tested one piece and now I have 5 of various sizes. Absolutely worth it.
