Washer of one of my jars I purchased last time was very tight making it difficult to close and open. Otherwise these containers are very good. What I like most is its clean looks.

As much as one would buy these to be used as air tight containers. The rubberlid around cover is extremely thin and delicate.If used on a regular basis, the product will not solve your problem of a air tight container as the rubberlid/seal on the cover will get damaged
