I bought this for reason that it will keep tea hot for 5 to 6 hrs but not more than 3 hrs. It doens't serve purpose. Look wise it's good. But utkity wise not.

Bought the Milton Coffee mug just the last month. Was delivered a day ahead of schedule. But the lid lock has become loose within 15 days. My entire green tea leaked inside my bag, spoiling the other contents as well. Coffee remains drinkable hot for around 4 hours only, after which temperature goes on decreasing fast. The main culprit in my opinion is this plastic lid cap only, which does not hold the heat effectively. Recommended only if you want to consume coffee within 2 -3 hours.

Disadvantages
After few months of use, the insulation rubber got damaged due to the blade sharp edges of steel sieve/filter. It caused so many cuts in my fingures too.After a couple of days usage, I noticed that the coffee or tea containing milk splits more often. I am still not able to configure why it is happening as I clean it with very high standards.I think Milton should take care of this.The size is perfect but is is not 100% leak proof. Due to all these issues, I do not found this product a value for money.

Everything is jut fine with this, except for its lid. In just a month the lid mechanism broke, and it opens even when the button is on close. It spilled everything out in the bag and all my clothes were dirtied. I think it would have been much better if it had a simple lid with threads engraved on it.

This is not like an ordinary thermos because it don't keep water or coffee hot for a long duration. Nearly under 5 hrs, the hot water becomes lukewarm which is not a sign of good product whereas other Thermos keep them hot for about a day.
