Been using it more than 2 years now. Cup comes in handy. And it's sturdy. The bottle fell many times - but didn't crack or dent. Cleaning isn't that easy though. And one con is that - if you keep the bottle upside down - it may release few droplets inside the lid. So when you open the lid, it'll leak. Rest, the quality is best. Leaves the water hot for easily 12 hr in minus temperatures.
