Bottle strap broken, even after the replacement it has same issue.. i have received 2021 product and all bottle plastic is so hard that it broke when I am trying to open the lid of a bottle...

Posting this review after 6 months of usage. There is no problem with the bottle's heat restoring capacity. The problem I am facing is that because the bottle's cap is connected to the body with a strap( green one), it is a tedious task to open it specially for my 8 years old. The bottle cap doesn't glide easily because of the the strap. If you twist the cap, the strap moves along with it and finally locks after one turn. So you have to hold the strap and forcefully open the cap. Which is not at all convenient if you are drinking through the bottle whole day.
