I ordered this product.looks good. Didn't use till now. Delivery was made by cloudtail India Pvt Limited. I gave delivery man 1000 rupees. He told me he will upload the remaining in my Amazon account. But he upload only 4 rupees instead of 264 rupees. As far as product is concerned it is in good condition when delivered. New . I hope it work like other Milton products. So far I am happy when it comes to Milton products. Very useful for a place like mine cold in summer hot/ warm in winters I am deducuting one star bcoz of delivery guy. Other wise product is good.

Both the box & the bottle arrived damaged (bottle had little dent on bottom), but I left hot water in the bottle overnight and it was the same temperature in the morning as I had left at night, also the colour is more a dark pink than red.
