Never ever buy cello kids water bottles. This is my second experience with Cello. The straw pipe connection to lid is so bad that it will break very easily. It's a product for kids, so it is expected to be good enough for kids usage,but this product is too delicate that it spoils with out any reason or pressure. 3 bottles out of 5 pack broke the same way. Also got same situation last year with another cello model and I thought that was an accident., But all 4 bottles broke at the same place. The customer care is so poor that they simply concluded that it's result of wrong handling over phone even with out looking at product.
