The banner was overall good for my background. But the balloon ?? they were a bit of problem. I couldn't tie a knot after inflating them. They were tight and difficult to put a knot. But the shape of heart was as expected. Also the size of balloon was a bit small.

The Amazon Balloon had promised to bring joy to our celebration, but it was a major disappointment. Inflating the balloon proved to be an arduous task, as the provided pump was faulty and unhelpful. Despite my efforts, the balloon remained stubbornly deflated, leaving me frustrated and running out of time. On the positive side, the accompanying banner did add some festivity to the event. The design and colors were eye-catching, but it's smaller size and flimsy material left room for improvement. As an Amazon customer, I had expected a hassle-free experience, but the difficulties with the balloon and the malfunctioning pump fell short of my expectations. The whole ordeal left me questioning the value of money, as it dampened the excitement I had for the occasion.

Totally satisfied with this product. I was a little skeptical about ordering these after reading some of the reviews but I didn't have any other option for getting these within 2 days. So I ordered these and I don't regret it. The balloons were of average quality but didn't have much issue with them. No issues with the banner as well. The decorations looked good and everyone was very happy.

I wanted to throw a surprise party for my husband. I picked this product up despite some negative reviews. I am very happy with it. The foil curtain is perfect. The pump works fine. The foil banner balloons are great very easy to blow up and also remove the air to store for future. The balloons are good. They initially look matte and not the color that shows in the photo but under warm lighting and flash photography they look golden and silver. They remained inflated for more than 2 days after which they started losing air on their own but none burst. I think it's important to blow them up to an optimal level. The only thing I needed which wasn't part of the package was ribbons for stringing the foil letter ballons. Overall a great buy.
