Folks, writing this review after using it for a while. I would like to strongly recommend you to NOT buy this. The infuser is just purely ineffective, and does not perform the job of herb infusion properly because there the perforation in the infuser is at the bottom, which prevents the tea from mixing well with the hot water outside.The manufacturer asked me to pour the hot water through the tea pot-but really? If you do that, with the tea leaves at the bed of the teapot, you will keep waiting for hours for the water to seep through the tea leaves and then through the pored beneath them, and of course by that time the tea will not be tea but infused water.I would absolutely refrain from not only buying this product, but any other product from this manufacturer. To put the icing on the cake, this manufacturer has reduced the price by more than 50% to what I bought it for-clearly it is not selling at all, which is good, but I am just letting others know as well. Use your judgement.I have gone ahead and ordered another infuser.Thanks.

The upper handle joint got loose. Looks broken inside. I had to apply fevi kwikInfuser also got broken after few days... though handlings were proper. I stirred sugar and tea inside the infuser and broke..... sad !!!!
