My parents soak about 4 crushed pieces in water overnight and drink it the first thing in the morning. It does reduce blood sugar levels as this is not the first time they're using it, but just the first time I've bought it online. They've been using it daily for a month, and as you can see there is still plenty left. I've seen reviews complaining about the taste, and yes it tastes kinda horrible, but so does other healthy things. But it is effective(might not work for everyone, no guarantees). So if you're looking for something like this, give it a try but make sure to consult your doctor.

It's suppose to be a healthy practice to drink a glass of paneer dodi (8-10) soaked (overnight) & strained water, first thing in the morning. Suppose to control diabetes. But the strained water tastes bad. It was an impulse purchase. No, I'm not diabetic, bought for a family member who is. But after tasting it, the said person refused to use it. Not sure what to do.
