Disadvantages

The holes to hold the agarbatti is at a cross so the agarbatti doesnt stand straight so when u close the cover the agarbatti touches the sides and goes off. Useless product and I couldnt return it as it was not a exchangeable product

The product looks exotic however the incense sticks, if not dead straight will dangle to the sides and the agarbatti does not burn fully. This happens always.
