This is my very first Silkrute review, and if the product had worked just a bit, I wouldn't be publishing it. This is far from starchy, as I had assumed tapioca flour to be. I'm upset that I purchased this product because it doesn't bind effectively and feels like magic sand.

Not rajgira for certain. Has gluten in it. Looks like some rajgira (from just the smell) mixed in mostly with atta.

Looks like this floor is adulterated. Tried making boba but the tapioca flour when cooked just turned to something cooked with wheat flour. I think this is adulterated with cornflour possibly. Dont recommend at all. Not chewy AT ALL!!
