It's non stick and heavy duty for sure.There should have been a smaller size option. Too huge for everyday roti making considering the options available now a days and if you wish to use it for dosa or other things , problem is it is slightly curved in the centre. The oil drains and pools towards the edge of it. Not suitable for anything you need to apply a bit of oil.

If you are looking for a tawa which can cook dosas or omelet, please don't go for this one . This one is not at all non stick . Pathetic experience. Waste of 3000 bucks
