Made my dream of making a fully risen bread come true. I make bread nowadays in a bread machine, previously the dough used to rise half the pan. Now it rises to the top. We add 1 spoon of this to 1 kg option in the bread maker, i.e. for 3.5 cups of atta.Update: the effect is coming down after few uses.

we did not get added volume or softness of the bread. probably we don't know how to use this improver or the instructions given is not enough. we tried to read on the internet how to use bread improver but even then there was no improvement. we make 100% atta bread, we did read that improver might not work with atta. we are still experimenting, if we get good results with white bread (maida) then we will edit this rating.
