Of course excel is Best for its effectiveness,but the price is too high. I don't believe there is a significant difference between top load detergent powder and conventional detergent powder. Except for the names and costs, they are all the same. If they are different, I believe it is simply a minor difference. There are just two options: liquid or powder. Otherwise, everything remains the same.
