The "product", i.e. the liquid is fine as is the scent. What is confusing, leading to the low rating on "ease of use" and "packaging" is how the the measuring is to be done causing messiness in use. Refer to the video: The inner cap is designed so that, if used as a measure, when it is put back, residual liquid goes back into the bottle leaving no sticky liquid around the neck of the bottle. All to the good and that's common practice. However, confusingly, the REAL measure is the fatter tub-like cup, marked "60 ml". If this is used and put back, the residual, sticky liquid will be all over the cap! Not good. We measured the cap volume which is about 40 ml. Usage for normal soilage is recommended at 60 ml i.e. one tub-like measure or 1½ caps-ful. So, we propose to use the cap rather than the measure to avoid getting our fingers messed-up. A pity that an an otherwise good, value-for-money product is spoilt by a badly thought out dosage design and instructions.
