This is neither cowdung cup nor filled with Gum resin. They are enjoying double profit.They totally changed product contains which was sold at Rs.399. The product they are selling now at previous rate are easily available in market less than Rs.200.We had paid Rs 399 for cowdung cup filled withp Gum resin, not for saw dust cup and wood stick filled with cheap fragrance.Moreover if they liked to change their product contains even without price change, they must declare. Never try to cheat customers.I was happy with the contents earlier one.

Had ordered 4 packs of these cups. Posting this review after using the entire 48 pieces. not even 1 cup out of these 48 burnt properlyhave used many sambrani cups earlier...shifted to cow dung ones with GouShrestha ones, which also had problem with burning, however only 1-2 pieces out of 10 did not burn properlyBut this product - Cycle pure GAVI Neem sambrani cups are just the worst. only the top 25% burns, and then it defuses invariably. Highly dissatisfied
