I just love this product.. after using it for more than 2 weeks i am reviewing this.. it has very fine scrub particles in it which doesn't rips our skin off rather it makes our skin dead cell free and glowy and for the stress relieving part yes it does what it claims..

Granules are fine not too harsh like apricot.. to scrub away dead skin..Deducting one point because it's smells like balm and minty + It has mild scent.. Wont irritate anyone. Those who dony like minty smell.. Can go for chocolate variant.I can use it on face as well but that too once in a month.. Coz granules are made for your body

On rubbing it get hot and has strong fragrance of eucalyptus oil. Granules are soft but i don't think the remove dead cells.dong find it effective and as the name suggests stress relief..it doesn't.
