My skin type is oily and fungal acne prone. Generally, I hear that retinol could cause purging. But it is really mild in this product. Which I think makes it perfect for daily use. It also has niacinamide in it. Which is not only a good skin-brightening ingredient, but also has anti-acne properties. I apply the moisturiser in the night and often find my acne become less visible and reactive when I wake up in the morning. Also, there is a visible glow in the face. Also, it does not make my face too greasy. I love it. My holy grail product.

I have used 3 tubs of this cream. Is not worth the money. The retinol content is very less to justify the price. I would suggest more concentrated creams or serums. Beginners can use 0.5% formulations which are widely available and also cheaper than this.

Overhyped. Low retinol content. Not effective as a retinol cream

I am writing this review after using the product for 5 long month's. At first I was doubtful about it while purchasing. It made my skin better and glowing. Though I don't see my dark spots vanishing but it made my skin better. But one thing, one must be aware of the term "retinol burn" before using it, which I was not. So i was worried when I had retinol burn after very first 3days of using it. Then I had done all googling and research on it. Then I got to know, it's common to have retinol burn for few as skin gets ready to adjust with new skin. Other than that, it's very light weight and good. It reduced my dullness and it's reducing my fine lines slowly too. Just my dark spots/ pigmentation marks are there still. But it's does returned my glow. I am happy with this product. Looking forward to continue the same. Happy to get original product from Amazon.
