Let me start off by saying the products from this company aren’t bad. I believe is dubious sellers that are recycling damaged/returned products and selling them to other Amazon customers. The box was broken, all the seals of the bottles were opened including the silver seal that signifies that the product is not tampered with. The bottles were out of place and I highly doubt that the contents in the bottles are genuine and not refilled as the bottles were scratched like someone has previously used them.

Packaging is a wooden box which gives it a very classy look. The box was not sealed so the box opened and all the items fell out of it. Although all the items in the box were sealed so didn’t make much of a difference. The scent on all the components is very interesting and peculiar. I am a big fan of the shower gel and the face scrub which have a very good scent. The shampoo and the cleansing gel are below average.

Damaged box received... Not at all satisfied with the packaging... The outer wooden box is damaged and not any lock is there... Box's cap doesn't fix into the box products inside can move easily and cap will fall if you pick the box from side...

I am really disappointed with the way the products came in the box. The bottles were not properly sealed ,seemed like somebody frequently used it and then put back inside the box. We are paying g such a huge amount and getting such in return . Company should take actions in improving the package. I am stunned to see so much negative reviews still gave myself a chance to check it but as usual it broke my hope and expectation. Either Company should pay compensation or return the product with the expected piece
