These pads are not leak proof. They mentioned that it's leak proof upto 6 hrs bt it's totally a lie. Even i get m period and i used on my first day of period. And i i get very low flow on first day. Bt in 2 hour the pad was leaking from all around and underwear got dearty too. First tym i got stain on underwear. Not a good product to use in frist to fourth days. It can only be used in 5th,6th days when girls rarely get any period blood and afraid to waste of a pad. In which rarely have 3-4 drops of period blood..Hope it helps.

Suggest to avoid buying this product. It might be "eco friendly" but can have really bad effects on your health. The microfiber material is not at all breathable. It increases the heat and results in having harmful effects on ur vaginal health. Better avoid!

As far as absorbing capacity is concerned... these sirona reusable pads are far better than regular single use pads... i used the night pad in night and literally there were no stains like i used to have in the morning ... the pads are effective in absorbing heavy flow ... the pad stays in contact with the body which makes it to catch all the flow quickly in comparison to regular pads that stays a bit far than the body so there are chances of leakage.Also it is easy to wash these pads.

I didn't get it for period use rather for daily use, as i need to lock moisture inside.it works for me?PROS: smooth..rashfree...secure stitched(quality).. comfortable wearing..hassle free use..has good length (size is huge)... sustainable...cute..keeps dry whole day.CONS: not for heavy flow. For lower to minimal flow, due to leakage through wings. The waterproof sheet is good but wings might lead to staining cloth.I guess the above issue will persist in any reusable pad no matter the price.
