I am a 36 year old and mother of one child. And I had a normal delivery. I am fairly well built. As per that I bought a large cup. I somehow managed to use it for one cycle. It was just was too big. Getting it in and out both were a problem. Then I bought a medium size of the same brand. What a difference it has made! Medium fits me perfectly. While using large cup I kept getting cramps. Now that I am using medium, I just put it in and forget that I am having periods. Size does matter ;-)

The cup is perfect(Medium), however, the size of intimate wash+ menstrual cup wash is not all the way it is portrayed. The size is exactly 6 cm i.e half the length of a normal pen. For perspective, I have attached a picture. Besides, the experience with the cup is unmatchable. No tampoon or pad can take the position of a menstruation cup. I have been using the cup for 3 years straight, and I can guarantee you that it will change the way you experience your menstruation cycle.

The product is good. Tried mensural cup for the first time and it is comfortable and is not painful, I would also like to add that upon my experience I feel the cramps are less painful upon using a mensural cup. I would recomend this product.
