The box seal was open. The box was damaged. The inner tray of the item is broken. 2 items are missing in the box. Rest quality and working condition of the trimmer is good. It's the brand Sirona is good to be trusted. The dealer is not trust worthy.

Disappointed with the product. I have thick eyebrows though i tried plucking extras with the trimmer but it took 20 mins of time to pluck one strand of hair though it didnt came. The main issue with the trimmer is after a day i can see the growth trimmers basically just Don’t pluck the hair from roots. So have to trim again every 2-3 days.And also i have faster growth of hair. If you have same as mine i’ll suggest you to go for threading instead of buying all this and wasting money.
