I have long, wavy hair. I bought this trial pack to see if this 5-step process would suit me since I was planning to try out CGM. However, steps 4 and 5 ( leave-in cream and gel, respectively) don't seem to find a necessary place in the routine I plan to follow for my hair. The instruction booklet says that step 4 has to be done on soaking wet hair. Since I followed the instructions, I got a terrible headache due to not drying my hair. Had to take a Dolo 650 after that. I would suggest drying the scalp during step 4 to prevent getting a headache. Also, out of these 5 products, there is no suitable product for your hair after it dries from your bath/shower. The leave-in conditioner as mentioned is supposed to be put on wet hair. So my hair is dry after the five-step process and I had to apply Curl-up curl nourishing hair oil as a leave-in.
