It works well for dandruff and/or fungus, that causes dry, flaky and/or itchy scalp. It works only when used regularly. But, regular use can cause damage to hair such as make hair, rough, frizzy, heavier and cause much faster greying of hair. For those with thyroid issues, it makes all hair related effects such as increased dry, frizzy, rough hair, much worse. The daily use varient is marginally better in that it causes all the same effects but causes damage to hair slightly lesser. But, needs to be used more frequently, undoing the advantages of the less intense damage to the hair.Please note I'm not a doctor and this is just feedback from what I have noticed from use over an extended period of time (read more than 6 months). Follow your Doctor's advice if this is recommended to you. Ask your doctor questions to judge if this product is the best fit for you.

Just keep a blind faith results after 2 3 hair wash is remarkable also use it like 2/3 time a week if your dandruff level is way too high or else 2twice a week is just fine
