This product is not softening the water might reduce ph level but, I’m haven’t checked that. After adding 25 ml Man Matter water softener into bucket of water whole water turn to off white Color and not even looks clear. Also, felt like hard Matt substance when I touched. Still I took bath and started having itching in my body.

Let me start with my hairfall. I used to shed a lot of hair even more when taking a head bath, tried different products, even started taking supplements. They were of no use. Even after taking a head bath, My scalp will become kind of greasy by afternoon. I was scared that I'm gonna lose all my hair by 26 years. Then I noticed that my soap is not giving any lather, which then hit me that the issue is with the water. So, I was searching for water softeners on google when I came across this product. Checked the reviews, some mentioned it worked for them, some others mentioned it didn't. I've used man matters hair gummies before so I was hopeful that this product might work for me as the gummies gave good results too. I purchased it and tested it. I was sceptical that what if it makes my situation even worse. But it didn't ( for me ). Infact, I've seen only 3 hairstrands draining. And scalp itching also stopped. I absolutely, totally love this product. I'm glad that I purchased it. This is not any promotion kind of review. Only my HONEST FEEDBACK. Hairfall stopped. If hard water is the issue for you, give this product a last shot.Thank you Man Matters.

As per instruction in the bottle, I shaken the bottle and added 25ml of liquid in the water. Then water became cloudy and waited for few minutes. When I tested with TDS meter there is no difference in water hardness. These companies should be penalised for selling products with wrong information.Then I realised there is no other way to reduce wrong hardness other than RO. Pls don’t waste your money on any of these products which claims to reduce water hardness level.

I bought this from their website, and in theory this seemed like a good idea. However, the product seems to have gone bad well before its listed expiry date and there's fungus like substance inside it. I would not mix anything suspicious like this in my bath water. Waiting for the company to respond, will update if they have any explanation for the poor quality of their product.
