And for some reasons, all the brands market these capsules in clear plastic bottles! Keep the lid tightly closed and place it in a plastic bag to prevent it from moisture and keep it in the lower part of the refrigerator (fridge). Do NOT freeze or store in a freezer. In the lower part, the temperatures are generally higher, store there.When it's new, the capsules are all non-sticky and roll freely in the bottle, when they start sticking and clinging to themselves or the bottle, then it means you haven't stored it correctly and it has oxidized and going rancid!Other Thoughts:This is a NON Veg (fish based) supplement!Take it THRICE after breakfast, lunch and dinner.It does NOT contain other Vitamins and Minerals and it is best to use with Multi-Vitamins and Multi-Mineral supplements.
