I took creatine monohydrate supplement for 6 months. During this period I saw good results in strength improvement and muscles looking bulkier (creatine increases water retention). On the flip side, despite safety claims made by the supplement industry, it is very hard on your liver and kidneys. You can see this for yourself by performing a simple KFT & LFT from any lab. So it definitely works when you workout to the max, but you have to be willing to take the risk. I highly recommend consulting your doctor first.

My weight was 57 when I take this product and within 1 week my weight was 58.5 I was taking 6 gram a day as loading phase . I am vegetarian so my creatine reserves are lower than the average that's why I gained that mach gain so quickly . Now after 1 week my workout performance increases and I got very good pump but don't except anything more because creatine only increase workout performance if you don't have budget to buy whey protien and you are buying creatine because it is cheap i think it is not going to change anything but if you buy whey protein you will definitely see notable changes if your protein intake is not enough
