Contains 120 kcal in each 30 gm serving of maltodextrin. Effective way to gain mass. Achieving the daily caloric surplus made a little easier for us, hardgainers. Go for this product without any doubt, especially for the price that it is available for. Don't waste your money on mass gainer. Mass gainers contain maltodextrin and other sugars like sucrose and fructose, not unlike this product which is available at amuch lower rate. Buy the 5 kg for 1299 to get the best deal. For best results (muscle gaining) consume with with whey protein. Workout for at least an hour a day is mandatory when consuming this, else you may experience unhealthy weight gain, obesity, and diabetes. However, it is perfectly safe to consume if you use it as only a supplement to a nutritious diet of whole foods. Supplents should not exceed 25% of your daily caloric intake. I use 90 gms (3 servings) daily. Wouldn't recommend exceeding 120 gms a day (4 servings). Also works as an efficient glycogen replenisher. Flavour is very lightly sweet.
