I am a fitness enthusiast and spend at least 5 days a week in the gym with an intense workout routine. I needed a pre-workout that is pocket friendly and would give me that energy and strength to push that extra weight and extra time. I thought to give F9 a try and I was not disappointed. I usually take 1 scoop 15-20 mins before my workout and 2 scoop on the days that I workout my legs - the level of endurance and pump is real. Definitely worth it, specially for those who are beginning to push weights and the mid-level strength trainers. I tried the blue razz flavor and its good. P.S - a good diet, proper sleep and a consistent workout routine is a must for best outcome.

i am overall satisfied with the product one thing which need to improve is it takes much time to dissolve properly .taste is nice i recommend first time user to start with half spoon .packing need to be improve .i have used many pre workouts before its not like the premium one but overall im satisfied .

A pre-workout which tastes really good and does what it says. Although keep in mind it hits differently for different people due to difference in caffeine tolerance. I recommend you cycle off of it for a month for every 2-3 months when you consume it. Overall amazing for the price.

High concentration of beta alanine can give you a tingling sensation, but it's harmless and it is actually helping to have a longer workout session. Not a crazy high dosage of caffeine, which I prefer. I would like to see a higher dosage of citrulline malate in it though. Overall, it's a good preworkout formula.

I've been a regular user of GAT Nitra Flex for a few years when I was in Singapore. After I moved to India, I've been searching for a replacement as GAT is not available here. After a bit of research, I found this and it works. I've been using this for more than a week now and I'm amazed at the effects and the pump it gives for a fabulous workout. IMPO this is not meant for people who don't lift hard and definitely not meant for people who cannot handle caffeine. Go for it, you'll not be disappointed.Note: They had sent a few samples of different flavours, and I liked all of them a lot. But I've never really bothered with flavours anyway :)
